Stitchwelders
SPIRAL-HELIX has a wide variety
of longitudinal welding machines to choose from. Each Stitchwelder
requires just a 1/4" (6 mm) overlap and produces beautiful
seams by using recyclable copper wire electrodes that will not
burn galvanized steel.
Our Stitchwelders, you will save time, money,
and energy. For your convenience, SPIRAL-HELIX
offers two different models: Stitchwelder SWA 400 and
Stitchwelder 320.
STITCHWELDER SWA 400
The new Stitchwelder
SWA 400 reduces labour cost significantly. The machine
produces couplings, bend segments and several other products
at high speed. A short setup time and fixed tools ensures high
quality.

STITCHWELDER 320
The Stitchwelder 320 produces a top quality welded seam which does not
alter the quality of the welded material. No more burnt galvanizing
which means less finishing work. No additional sealing paint
will be required. The welded seam is consistently accurate from
the beginning to the end.
